Since our chain-style straps are printed as two pieces, links cannot be removed or added to change the size like with a typical metal strap, so we need to know your strap size. |
|
To know your Watchly strap size you will need: |
A ruler and a length of flexible string, cord or cable that does not stretch. |
OR |
A flexible measuring tape |
To Measure |
1. Wrap the measuring tool around the widest point of the wrist on which you'll wear the watch. For most people, this is around the ulna bone that sticks up from the outside of the wrist. |
2. Make sure the measuring tool is snug against the skin without compressing the skin at all. |
3. Mark the point where the measuring tool overlaps itself. If you're not using a tape measure, you'll get the most precise measurement by marking this point with ink, then removing the measuring tool and laying it flat against a ruler. Note the measurement in centimeters. |
Size 0 | <13.5 - 14.25cm | Size 5 | 17.25 - 18cm |
Size 1 | 14.25 - 15cm | Size 6 | 18 - 18.75 |
Size 2 | 15 - 15.75cm | Size 7 | 18.75 - 19.75cm |
Size 3 | 15.75 - 16.5cm | Size 8 | 19.75 - 20.5cm |
Size 4 | 16.5 - 17.25cm |
Remember: This is a measurement of your wrist, so it will be tighter than the strap will fit. The strap already has enough extra room to suit how most people like to wear it: loose enough to wiggle without the watch twisting around the wrist.
Only go up a size if you prefer a very loose fit.
